What’s been happening:

For the past 5 years, Dave and I have been selling real estate in Costa Rica to North Americans and Europeans. It all started with our sponsorship of a little girl from a small village in Cartago. In only one visit, we both fell in love with the warm, peace-loving people and the natural beauty and splendor of this Central American country. We formed Costa Rica Prime Real Estate to familiarize others with all that this country has to offer. Costa Rica's stable and democratic political system allows for a safe investment climate.
